Job Description

Aria Behavior Analysis is hiring an RBT to join our clinic-based team. All new RBTs begin working in our Cleveland clinic with direct BCBA support, structured training, and consistent scheduling. In-home or community services are not required for new staff and are added only if an RBT later chooses to expand into those settings. This position is designed for individuals who want a stable environment to build strong ABA skills, receive ongoing mentorship, and grow professionally before taking on more independent service delivery. What You'll Do Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured ABA strategies Collect objective session data to monitor progress and guide clinical decisions Participate in hands-on training, modeling, and feedback to strengthen skills Collaborate with supervisors and maintain accurate, professional documentation What We're Looking For Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences preferred Willingness to learn ABA and apply structured clinical protocols consistently Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills Current RBT certification or willingness to complete training with employer support Work Setting Primary location is our Cleveland clinic No in-home services required for new staff Community or home-based services are optional and introduced gradually only if mutually agreed upon Some team members remain clinic-based long-term Schedule and Support Aria is intentionally designed to reduce burnout, excessive travel, and unsupported service delivery. New RBTs begin in a clinic-based setting with consistent supervision, predictable routines, and direct access to BCBA support. Depending on availability and client needs, RBT schedules may be part-time, modified-time, or full-time. Employment classification and benefit eligibility are based on regularly scheduled weekly hours.
