Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming lives through behavioral therapy! In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote positive behaviors and skill development Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other essential self-care tasks Support clients during therapy sessions by providing reinforcement, prompting, and behavior management strategies Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records and care plans Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions and progress tracking Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education techniques, medical terminology, and behavior management strategies Experience Must hold a current RBT Certification Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is advantageous Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and medical record keeping aligned with HIPAA standards Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in a compassionate manner Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of care plans related to behavioral health or special education settings is a plus Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges Embark on a meaningful career path where your dedication helps unlock potential and foster independence! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
