Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A fulfilling opportunity is available for dedicated behavioral health professionals who are passionate about supporting students with disabilities in a school setting. This full-time, contract-based position is located near Clinton, TN, and will provide the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families to enhance educational experiences and outcomes. The main objective in this role is to improve the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), helping them access inclusive, supportive learning opportunities tailored to their unique needs. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, bringing specialized knowledge and compassion to make a real difference in students' daily lives.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Previous experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a school setting Understanding of special education procedures, behavioral interventions, and LRE principles Collaborative and adaptable communication style for working with diverse teams Strong organizational skills and commitment to professional ethics
Responsibilities:
