Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Previous experience with school-age children preferred Knowledge of LRE practices and inclusive educational strategies Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to advancing positive outcomes for students with disabilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver full-time applied behavior analysis services to students with disabilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve LRE for SWD Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions Support classroom staff in behavior management strategies
