Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral intervention services to young children (ages 2-6) diagnosed with autism. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a BCBA Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans Provide written and verbal updates regarding client progress Support the BCBA with parent training and implementation of treatment strategies Participate in team meetings and training workshops Maintain a safe, structured, and positive therapeutic environment for clients Follow all policies and procedures of
