Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and ethical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and write high-quality BIPs (behavior intervention plans); implement skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R); work closely with RBTs, classroom teachers, and instructional assistants; and develop and supervise highly individualized ABA treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities AssessmentsPlanning:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), write high-quality BIPs (behavior intervention plans), implement skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), and develop highly individualized ABA treatment plans.

Staff Supervision:

Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance evaluations to RBTs/behavior technicians and SPED staff to ensure treatment integrity.

Client Progress:

Monitor and evaluate student progress continuously, updating treatment goals and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.

Family and Staff Collaboration:

Provide staff and parent training, coaching, and regular updates to staff members and caregivers to ensure skill generalization across settings.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely notes, session data, and ensure all services meet ethical compliance.

Qualifications Certification:

Active, unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.

State Licensure:

Eligible for

TN License Education:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience designing ABA programs and supervising behavior technicians.

Skills:

Strong judgment, excellent communication and report-writing skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
