Parent, Teacher, and Staff Training :
Equipping families, educators, and team members with tools to implement ABA principles effectively.
Supervision & Training :
Mentoring and overseeing your own treatment team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), graduate interns, and BCaBAs to maintain exceptional service delivery standards.
Developing and updating individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, objectives, and interventions to track client progress.
Collaboration :
Monthly collaboration meeting with team of BCBA's to discuss treatment interventions and supervision strategies. Partnering with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other pediatric disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
Administrative Oversight :
Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, session documentation, treatment authorizations, and supervision requirements. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Current licensure in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Successful completion of a criminal background check. Already credentialed with most major insurance companies in Tennessee.
