Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- $150 hiring bonus

Description Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$20-$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

Referral Bonus We offer a $400 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska. The bonus is paid once the referral joins our team and remains employed for at least 45 days.
