We are seeking individuals interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (training provided) to join our team in Johnson City and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Implementing individualized behavior support plans. Collecting data and documenting progress. Collaborating with BCBAs, other professionals, and families. Providing one-on-one intervention and support.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. 40 hour training for RBT certification will be provided Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be able to bend, lift, run, stoop, kneel, and be able to quickly

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
