The primary focus is to support students with disabilities in achieving a more inclusive, least restrictive environment (LRE), making a real difference every school day. As a valued member of the behavioral services team, you'll play a key role in implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans that foster student growth and independence. Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure students receive the best support possible, all while working in a positive and professional school environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in school or educational settings preferred Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans for students with disabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to promoting inclusion and positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavior intervention and support under BCBA supervision Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform interventions Collaborate with staff and families to develop strategies enhancing LRE for students with disabilities (SWD) Model and coach the implementation of behavior strategies to school staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by district policies Full-time hours allow you to build meaningful connections with students and team members, working together toward inclusion goals in the Clinton, TN area.
