Primary Qualifications:

Current, active BCBA certification Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with youth populations Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt strategies as needed Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills Willingness to comply with fingerprinting and other credentialing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver behavioral analysis and support services to a variety of K-12 students, through district-based referral processes Serve as a resource at the district office, supporting up to 80 schools (caseloads assigned with reasonable geographic grouping) Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective student support plans Participate in monthly consults through an established partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program, gaining valuable feedback and resources Utilize a district Help Desk system designed to keep workloads balanced and BCBAs supported in their role
