Do you love working with kids and making a difference? This is the job for you. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work alongside experts in implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programs. This includes working directly with children, analyzing data, and track progress of clients. You will be tasked to keep children engaged during sessions, teach appropriate play and social skills, provide reinforcement for desired behavior, and setup learning opportunities.

Requirements:

Must love working with children. Must be able to assume and maintain different postures and positions (sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling etc.) for extended periods of time. Must be able to effectively communicate in both oral and written formats. Excellent time management, observational, and analytical skills.

Training:

Registered Behavioral Technician training needed for this position is provided free upon hire through the Behavioral Analysis Certification Board.
