All Ears Family The Ideal Lead RBT:
We are looking for a dedicated RBT to join our Arlington location for a specific 1:1 case. If you value autonomy and clinical growth, read on! This is a part-time position in-home.
Key Responsibilities:
1:1
Clinical Execution:
Deliver personalized behavioral interventions directly in the child's natural home environment.
Independent Case Management:
Maintain precise, HIPAA-compliant session notes and data collection.
Family Partnership:
Act as a professional bridge between the family and the BCBA, providing compassionate updates on progress.
Skill Maintenance:
Implement reinforcement and prompting strategies tailored specifically to the home setting.
Must be able to:
Lift up to 50 lbs, transition from sitting to standing quickly, and maintain safety protocols during high-intensity behaviors.
Our Ideal Candidate:
RBT Credentialed:
You possess a valid, ACTIVE certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Case Ownership:
You have a background in ABA that allows you to confidently manage 1:1 sessions in a residential setting with minimal on-site supervision.
Experience:
Working with children with autism or childcare experience is a plus. You are local to the 76010 area (or surrounding Arlington neighborhoods) and are seeking a consistent, part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week. www.allearsautismservices.org

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
