What You'll Do As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll play a key role in guiding our kiddos' progress and supporting a team that's driven by compassion, excellence, and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a fun, engaging, and safe environment where kids can thrive. Conduct initial assessments, re-evaluations, and write comprehensive reports. Collaborate with RBTs and clinicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage a full caseload with individualized programming. Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals tailored to each child's needs. Train and support caregivers with regular updates and practical guidance. Supervise RBTs and BACB students in alignment with BACB requirements. Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and credentialing tasks.

What We're Looking For Required:

Master's degree in a related field Current BCBA certification (licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure)

Preferred:

Experience in clinical, school-based, or in-home ABA settings Schedule Monday
