Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **SIGN ON BONUS**

Mindscapes Behavioral Health is currently seeking a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide high-quality, clinic-based ABA therapy and are located outside of San Antonio in Boerne. We are looking to add someone to our exceptional team that has a desire to grow and develop. An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, has a strong work ethic, is a team player, possesses strong time management skills, has experience in a leadership position, and is committed to improving the lives of clients and families.

Responsibilities May Include:

Supervising and training staff Interviewing and hiring staff and interns Overseeing company internship program candidates and trainings Checking in with all Clinical Supervisors and providing support where necessary Facilitating parent trainings Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of each individual client Analyzing data and making treatment decisions Updating client goals and treatment plans Monitoring and ensuring staff maintain required certifications Administrative tasks such as scheduling, interviewing, and hiring Other duties as specified

Required Qualifications Include:

Reliable transportation 1 year minimum of supervisory/leadership position A BCBA certificate in good standing Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field 3 Outstanding professional references
