About us $16-$17-hr starting pay | Raise to $17 within 30 days/hr upon certification | Hiring Immediately Looking for a meaningful career where you can make a real impact? We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1-on-1 with children with autism. No certification required to start. We provide supportive training and will help you get certified within 30 days.
