ABOUT THIS JOB
We're growing and looking for playful, high-energy Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping kids learn and grow through fun, engaging therapy. If you love working with children and want to be part of an ABA team that values your development and makes you excited to come to work — we'd love to meet you! Our center boasts gorgeous water views and even offers the chance to watch rocket launches right from our location — making it a truly special and inspiring place to work. Success On The Spectrum Brownsville's mission is simple: to provide top-quality ABA care to families in the Brownsville and surrounding areas. Our BCBA is on staff at all times, no "Hybrid" models that reduce on-site support for the RBTs. We place quality above all and adhere to the strict 1:1 guidelines. Quality & Safety Above All We prioritize the highest standards of care and professionalism. Regardless of prior experience, every RBT undergoes thorough training with our clinic's BCBA. Before being assigned to a client, RBTs must complete a competency assessment that aligns with Success on the Spectrum (SOS) standards. Additionally, continuous oversight and support from a supervising BCBA ensures ongoing development and the best outcomes for our clients.ABOUT Success On The Spectrum:
