Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Empower students and support their growth as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity allows you to use your skills to make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents while working closely with dedicated professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or clinical setting preferred Understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families Ability to patiently manage challenging behaviors and adapt strategies as needed Collaborative spirit with a passion for fostering positive behavioral outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data accurately for each student's progress Provide one-on-one support and interventions for students with behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral support Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance effectiveness Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
