Paid RBT Certification:

Predictable Daytime Schedule:
Work 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours, a stable routine, and your weekends free! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
Semi-Annual Pay Raises:

BCBA-D Owned & Led:
Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical environment designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Direct Care:
Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy:
Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data:
Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

Education:
High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
