Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
The process analyst team member is responsible for managing all activities and performing assigned job responsibilities within the quality control department. Ability to test and inspect OSB panels Evaluate and interpret statistical data Assist Team Leaders during upset conditions Monitor wax/resin systems, inventory, and application rates Measure panel dimensions and finished products Monitor flake quality and performance
Job Experience:
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position. 2 years of experience in an industrial environment High level of emotional intelligence Ability to easily grasp complex concepts Attention to detail Proficient reading a measuring tape Ability to reduce fractions Patient and self-confident Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in
Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Behavioral Skills:
