July 1, 2026 Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA therapy clinic serving preteens and teenagers ages 11-18. Our faith-based clinic specializes in supporting middle school and high school students through individualized, evidence-based ABA services focused on meaningful independence, functional communication, behavioral growth, and real-world practical life skills. The BCBA will play a foundational leadership role within the clinic by developing treatment plans, overseeing clinical programming, supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), coordinating intake and discharge processes, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes. This position is ideal for a BCBA who values compassionate care, family collaboration, and practical skill development that prepares adolescents for greater independence and success. This role offers a rare opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up with significant operational freedom and leadership input. While the owners have defined the clinic's core values that must be adhered to, the BCBA will have the ability to shape many aspects of the clinics day to day direction and culture. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients ages 11-18
  • Create and implement ABA programs targeting:o Functional communicationo Social skillso Emotional regulationo Executive functioningo Community safetyo Adaptive living skillso Vocational readinesso Independent living skillso Community and social independence Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure treatment remains individualized, ethical, and medically necessary Case Management Manage client intake and onboarding process in coordination with clinic administrator
  • Conduct parent interviews/training and review medical and behavioral history
  • Coordinate client discharge planning and transition recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Present treatment plans, authorizations, and progress reports to insurance providers
  • Complete insurance reauthorizations and peer reviews as needed Supervision & Staff Leadership Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance support to direct therapy staff
  • Conduct regular competency assessments and treatment integrity checks
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to establish strong clinical systems and procedures
  • Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Family Collaboration Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress and goals
  • Help families generalize skills into home and community settings Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 6 months - 1 year experience as a BCBA working with children and/or adolescents with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other special needs.
  • Strong clinical writing and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of insurance authorization and ABA documentation requirements
  • Ability to supervise and lead clinical staff effectively Preferred 2 years+ experience as a BCBA working with children and/or adolescents with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other special needs.
  • Experience teaching adaptive life skills and transition readiness
  • Startup clinic experience or leadership experience
