About Us:
At Fun Play ABA Therapy Services , we believe in embracing neurodiversity through compassionate, play-based, evidence-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Our mission is to empower each child and family we serve with individualized care, focusing on communication, independence, and social success.
Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT at Fun Play ABA Therapy Services, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients in-home, school, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect and record accurate data on behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions Support clients in developing communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills Maintain a positive, playful, and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation
