Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills. Collect session data and complete documentation. Partner with families and your clinical team. Qualifications Required Active RBT Certification Experience providing ABA therapy Reliable transportation Excellent communication skills Preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience working with children Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds. Active RBT certification through the BACB (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ years of experience working with children in ABA, education, childcare, or related setting. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, ect.)
Experience:
Experience with children ages 18 months-10 years (preferred) Experience collaborating with a team of BCBAs, teachers, or healthcare professionals (a plus!) Location & Commute Must be able to reliably commute to our Dripping Springs clinic Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby sites
