Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | Early Intervention Clinic | El Paso, TX Be part of something different. CORA CORA
Autism & Communication Services is a BCBA-owned early intervention clinic serving children with autism ages 2-6 Our foundation is built on three principles: Early Intervention Clinical Excellence Communication What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll work alongside experienced BCBAs implementing individualized treatment plans while helping children develop communication, play, independence, and social skills.
Responsibilities include:
Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills Collect accurate electronic data during therapy sessions Maintain professional documentation and session notes Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow therapists Build positive relationships with children and families Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical training Maintain client dignity and follow BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA standards Why You'll Love Working Here We are intentionally building a workplace that therapists choose to stay at. Qualifications Required:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or ability to obtain within 60-days from hire) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check Ability to lift, sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and actively play with young children
Preferred:
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Passion for early childhood development Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong belief in a health work environment Who Thrives at CORA?
