Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) We are seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in clinic and home settings. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social development, behavior support, and daily living skills. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as designed by the supervising BCBA Provide direct ABA therapy services to assigned clients Accurately collect and document behavioral data Support behavior reduction programs and teach replacement skills Promote development of communication, social, and adaptive living skills Maintain professional and consistent communication with parents and caregivers Follow HIPAA standards and proper documentation proceduresWhat We Offer:

RBT certification required for Registered Behavior Technician applicants Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children; ABA experience preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods Ability to consistently implement behavior intervention plans Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Understanding of confidentiality requirements and professional care standardsJob Types:
