About Hill Country ABA At Hill Country ABA, we do ABA differently. We focus on naturalistic, relationship-based therapy that prioritizes client dignity, real-life skills, and meaningful connection. Our sessions are play-based, engaging, and individualized—because therapy should feel supportive, not clinical. We are a growing, values-driven team looking for passionate RBTs who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Position Overview We are currently hiring TWO Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy in Elmendorf, TX. We are looking for dependable, compassionate RBTs who are available to begin working as soon as possible and can consistently work during late afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. This position is best suited for someone who is confident, reliable, patient, and comfortable working with children who may have higher behavior needs in a home setting, including aggression and other challenging behaviors. for this position. Client sessions are scheduled around the needs of the families we serve and may occur during late afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. Candidates must have a schedule that allows them to consistently work during these time periods.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Use naturalistic teaching strategies to build communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Implement behavior intervention strategies with support and guidance from a BCBA Safely and appropriately respond to challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and noncompliance Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in client homes Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families Uphold client dignity and provide compassionate, individualized care Required Qualifications Current, active RBT certification Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs Experience working with challenging behaviors, including aggression, is strongly preferred Comfortable implementing behavior intervention plans with BCBA support Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and professionally in home settings Dependable attendance and commitment to consistent client care What We Offer $18-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful, relationship-based work Opportunities for additional hours based on availability and client needs Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills and want to be part of a supportive team that values relationships, dignity, and individualized care, we would love to hear from you.
