What Your Schedule Looks Like Weekday mornings/evenings consistent, reliable hours you can plan your life around. Optional weekend hours available if you want to grow your caseload. No surprise shift changes or last-minute scrambles. What You'll Be Doing You'll work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA. Day to day, that means running skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally. Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator Comfortable working in a family's home
Active RBT Certification Preferred:
