Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families in a collaborative environment. This job is mostly within the clinic setting while some time may be spent at the in-home setting. Hours are flexible but must be done between 8 AM to 6:30 PM for 40 hours per week. Supervision and parent training are the main duties as well as assessment for ABA services. Candidate must be a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas and reside in Texas. This job is full-time, but part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. At least two years of experience as a BCBA is preferred. Our company is growing rapidly and we will offer a sign-on bonus of $6,000.00 upon signing a contract for 18 months after references and background checks are completed successfully. This position has a base salary of $85,000 to 125,000 per year, with quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000 per year paid quarterly based on productivity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Perform patient assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients. Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management strategies. Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Texas is required. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience with diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment processes. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and record-keeping practices. Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality. Previous experience working in special education or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
