Job Description

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. At Pillars, we prioritize happiness, collaboration, and quality care. Role Responsibilities Include:
Implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Providing 1:1 support in home, school, and community settings Collecting data and maintaining accurate documentation Supporting independence with ADLs Collaborating with families and care teams
Requirements:
Active RBT certification Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
