What We Offer $80 per hour Flexible scheduling Part-time position with opportunity for growth Supportive administrative team Manageable caseload Clinical autonomy and input into treatment planning Opportunities for leadership as the company expands Family-focused culture that prioritizes quality care over high-volume caseloads About the Role As a BCBA, you will provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver support for children receiving ABA services in their homes. You will work collaboratively with families and behavior technicians to create meaningful progress and improve quality of life for the children we serve. Responsibilities Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Analyze client data and make programming adjustments Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration Qualifications Current BCBA certification required Texas LBA required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism preferred Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to provide in-home services within assigned service areas Why Canyon Therapy?
