  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary Crescere ABA is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Katy, Texas.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families across clinic, home, and community settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful collaboration with families and therapy teams. Duties Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Conduct behavioral assessments including functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments Develop, supervise, and maintain individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implementing treatment plans Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing treatment plan modifications Provide parent and caregiver training using evidence-based ABA strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and caregivers to support client progress across environments Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with funding source requirements Ability to commute between clinic and in-home clients Qualifications Active BCBA certification Current Texas LBA license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be willing to travel locally within the Katy/Houston surrounding areas for supervision and client sessions Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $60,000 annually for 20 billable hours per week Additional billable hours compensated Health insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and clinical collaboration About Crescere ABA Crescere ABA is a growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based services to children and their families.
