Job Description

Patricia Munoz Behavioral and Research Center in Katy, TX is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) who is bilingual in English to join our growing team of 42 professionals.

Katy, TX Schedule:
Flexible hours, Monday-Friday or Saturday availability
Pay Rate:
$18-$23/hour (based on certification and experience) About Us Patricia Munoz Behavioral and Research Center is a dedicated ABA therapy clinic providing individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. Our mission is to support each child's growth while empowering families through compassionate, culturally responsive care. We value collaboration, professionalism, and creating a positive environment for both our clients and team members. Position Summary The
RBT/ABAT
will work directly with clients in 1:1 and small-group settings under the supervision of a BCBA or QBA. Team members are responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting skill development, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans Accurately collect and record client data during sessions Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to promote consistency and skill generalization Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times Assist in creating a positive and engaging therapeutic environment Qualifications Active RBT or ABAT certification preferred (Candidates currently pursuing certification may also be considered) Bilingual in Portuguese/English or Spanish/English required Experience working with children preferred, especially children with autism or developmental delays Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and certification Flexible scheduling options Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity for growth within the organization We look forward to learning more about you and welcoming passionate professionals to our team!
