Job Description

Behavioral Health Technician, Behavior Therapist, Autism Instructional Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, BT About Us At Belay On Autism Services , we are on a mission to provide top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in Prosper, TX, and the surrounding North Dallas area. We specialize in early intervention (ages 0-12) and are committed to delivering the highest level of care for the families we serve. We believe that our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the lifeblood of our organization. We are currently looking for experienced and passionate RBTs to join our growing team. What You Will Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, at our center (once completed), or in the community. Implement programs, behavior intervention plans, and more, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Maintain open communication with the clinical and administrative team. Accurately collect and input data in a timely manner. Address problematic behaviors using Positive Behavior Support techniques. Track data on skill acquisition and maladaptive behaviors daily.
What You Will Need:
Active and current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) . A passion for working with children and providing meaningful support. Commitment to completing the RBT education program A valid Driver's License . A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
