In person Caprock Behavioral Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services for children and adolescents in Lubbock, TX. Training is available for qualified candidates pursuing RBT certification. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans Collect and record session data Assist clients with communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain professional and ethical standards Communicate with supervisors regarding client progress Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must pass background check Reliable transportation required Experience working with children preferred RBT certification preferred but not required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with matching Professional development assistance
