Let's Redefine What It Means to Make an Impact Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Center-Based ABA Services | You didn't become a BCBA for paperwork. You became one to change lives. What You'll Do:
Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
What We're Looking For:
BCBA certification (required, of course!) Experience working with children or teens with autism A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision-making Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care
