Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference by supporting K-12 students who benefit from expert behavioral guidance. This full-time, onsite opportunity spans the academic year, providing you with the chance to work alongside dedicated educators and help transform learning environments. In this engaging contract position, your focus will be on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), designing tailored interventions, and providing direct support to a diverse caseload of 50-75 students. Approximately 8-15 of these students present intensive behavioral needs, offering you opportunities to apply advanced behavioral analysis skills. You'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to craft positive behavioral supports that foster greater student success across various grade levels.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Previous work in a K-12 educational setting, preferred Understanding of a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges
Key Responsibilities:
