Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a fulfilling, impactful role supporting K-12 students as a Registered Behavior Technician on a contract basis near Mansfield, TX. As an itinerant RBT, you will provide essential behavioral interventions across multiple campuses within the district, working closely with a BCBA for supervision. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives on variety and meaningful connection, ready to assist some of the district's most critical cases across a range of ages and developmental needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active national certification Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred Flexibility to support students across various ages and campuses Strong communication, documentation, and observational skills Must complete fingerprinting and drug screening as part of onboarding Able to work full-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) within school hours; start and end times are flexible Willingness to travel between school locations as needed Prepared for "prescreen" interviews and eligibility review
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral interventions based on student IEPs and treatment plans Collaborate with educators, support staff, and the supervising BCBA for integrated care Collect and record data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of each student and campus environment Communicate effectively with team members and participate in training or supervision sessions
