A Balanced Child PLLC is a privately owned ABA clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, creative, and ethically sound behavioral services to children and families. Because we are locally owned and small by design, our clinicians enjoy autonomy, close collaboration, and the ability to influence treatment quality and clinic culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Mentor RBTs through modeling, coaching, and feedback
  • Conduct assessments and update program goals
  • Maintain assent-based, ethical, trauma-informed practices
  • Collaborate with families, school teams, and staff
  • Ensure treatment fidelity and meaningful progress
Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, assent-based ABA
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-centered environment
  • Passion for teaching meaningful, functional skills
