Our center offers both indoor and outdoor therapy experiences designed to nurture learning through play and connection with nature. We are dedicated to helping children thrive through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy. Position Summary Do you love helping children learn and grow? Join a supportive, nature-inspired ABA center where therapy goes beyond four walls. At Fellow Fields, RBTs work in both indoor and outdoor environments, helping children build communication, social, and life skills through play, exploration, and encouragement. We're looking for kind, energetic team members who are ready to make a difference every day! You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll help each child build communication, social, and life skills in both structured and natural settings. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as designed by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress. Encourage skill development through play-based and naturalistic activities. Support children during daily routines, group activities, and outdoor sessions. Communicate effectively with supervisors, parents, and team members. Maintain professionalism and uphold a safe, nurturing environment. Qualifications Current RBT certification through the BACB 1 year Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred). Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills. Ability to be active and engage in both indoor and outdoor therapy sessions. Authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete background screening Reliable vehicle or transportation required Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children Strong attention to detail and excellent skills (oral and written) Well organized, adaptable, and receptive to feedback Why Join Fellow Fields Supportive and collaborative work environment.
