Our services are delivered in natural environments, including clients' homes and community settings within the McKinney service area. Our clinical team focuses on providing individualized, child-centered therapy while maintaining a supportive and professional work environment for staff. Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, teach skill acquisition programs, and collect data during therapy sessions. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with assigned clients Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record session data using a company-provided tablet Follow behavior management strategies and treatment protocols Maintain accurate session documentation and notes Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress Participate in required supervision and training Required Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to travel to client homes within the McKinney service area Preferred Experience Previous experience providing ABA therapy Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Experience in behavior intervention, special education, or related fields Work Environment In-home therapy sessions Daytime hours Support and supervision from experienced BCBAs Benefits Professional development assistance Clinical supervision and support Learn more about our services at: www.allearsautismservices.org
