Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational setting! As an itinerant BCBA, you'll play a vital role supporting both general and special education students across a variety of school sites. This full-time contract position offers an engaging and collaborative environment where your expertise in behavior analysis and staff training will be highly valued.
What We're Looking For:
Active Texas BCBA license, in good standing Previous experience working in a school setting is strongly preferred Comfortable providing behavior analysis services for diverse student populations Skilled in delivering staff training and supervising RBTs Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to fluid caseload needs Willingness to complete required fingerprinting through TEA if not already current
Key Responsibilities:
Serve multiple school sites within the district to address changing needs Provide direct support and assessment for students in both general and special education settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Train and consult with staff on best practices in behavior management and Applied Behavior Analysis Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes This position begins on August 11, 2026, and extends through May 28, 2027, offering a stable school-year assignment with a consistent full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week).
