Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy interventions under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help foster positive growth and development. Whether you're passionate about teaching, behavior management, or applied behavior analysis (ABA), this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while making a lasting impact. Qualifications Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a criminal background check, acquire effective written and oral skills, independent problem solving skills and dynamic interpersonal communication skills that lend to teamwork. RBT Certification preferred
