Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students' growth as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic K-12 school environment near North Richland Hills, TX. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity allows you to make a significant impact, collaborating closely with educators and other professionals to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for a diverse caseload. The assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027.
What You'll Bring:
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing targeted behavior intervention plans Strong expertise in delivering behavior support across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels Proven ability to manage a large, varied caseload—supporting approximately 50-75 students, with a focus on 8-15 intensive behavior cases Exceptional collaboration and communication skills when working with students, teachers, and families Commitment to best practices, ethical standards, and maintaining student confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assess students' behavioral needs; conduct FBAs and implement individualized support plans Lead the behavior intervention process, providing guidance and training to school staff Consult with school teams to address complex student behaviors and offer data-driven recommendations Monitor student progress, making timely adjustments to interventions as needed Serve as a problem-solver and advocate, helping ensure every student receives the behavioral support needed to thrive Take advantage of a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) that promotes work-life balance.
