Behavior Technician (BT)/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA. Deliver 1:1 therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings (as assigned). Collect accurate and objective data during sessions using the designated system (e.g., CentralReach). Complete session notes/SOAP notes within required timeframes. Follow all safety, emergency, and crisis procedures. Maintain professional boundaries and relationships with clients and families. Attend required supervision, team meetings, and trainings. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, concerns, and incidents. Follow clinic policies, BACB Ethics Code (if credentialed), and applicable laws.

Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
