As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a vital role in empowering children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based ABA therapy, all while enjoying a range of fantastic benefits.

What You'll Do:

Lead ABA therapy programs and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide interventions Train families, educators, and support staff in behavior strategies Maintain sharp and timely documentation Collaborate with care teams and community partners Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education

What You'll Need:

Certified BCBA with at least 2 years of experience Master's degree in Special Education or related field Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with DTT and natural environment training Reliable transportation and flexible availability Bilingual in Spanish? That's a big plus! Passion for serving diverse communities Tech-savvy and responsive to communication
