Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a client's home or community setting. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions. Complete detailed session notes within 24 hours of each session. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times. Ethics Code requirements. Maintain reliable transportation Required Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the Houston area. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
