Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide real-time assistance to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' goals. Conduct telephonic outreach for appointment reminders and missed appointments. Co-facilitate support and educational groups under guidance. Collaborate with clinical staff in assessment and service planning. Perform evidence-based care coordination to prevent hospitalizations. Support patients in accessing community resources as per their care plans. Complete all other assigned duties within scope.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to work with diverse populations. Strong team player focused on collaboration. Effective communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advocate for quality health care and services. Familiarity with office equipment and technology.

Education and Experience:

Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician. High School diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally required to sit; frequently required to talk and stand. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
