Job Description

In-Home ABA Services | Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Aubrey, and Nearby Areas Wired Behavior is growing, and we are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who want to do meaningful work with children and families in a supportive, team-centered environment. We provide in-home ABA services to neurodivergent children across Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Allen, and surrounding communities. As a small ABA company, we care deeply about building strong relationships with our clients, families, and team members. What You'll Do In this role, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans designed to support each child's communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct ABA therapy to children in a home-based setting Implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collecting accurate session data during therapy sessions Following behavior support plans and clinical recommendations Communicating professionally with families, supervisors, and team members Attending paid team meetings and monthly check-ins Maintaining ethical, respectful, and compassionate care during sessions Supporting a positive therapy environment through play, patience, and consistency What We're Looking For We are looking for RBTs who are reliable, warm, playful, and open to feedback. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with children, can follow clinical direction, and understands the importance of professionalism when working in a family's home.
Qualifications:
Current RBT Certification through the BACB required High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in psychology, education, child development, behavior analysis, or a related field Reliable transportation required Ability to commute to in-home sessions in the service area Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn Commitment to ethical and compassionate care Schedule Weekday afternoon availability preferred In-home sessions located in Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, Allen, and surrounding areas Part-time and growing caseload opportunities may be available depending on fit and availability Pay and Perks $21-$25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Paid team meetings Mileage reimbursement Monthly attendance bonuses Paid time off Health insurance Referral program Yearly raises based on performance and commitment Opportunities for advancement and leadership as the company grows Why Join Us?
