Job Description
In-Home ABA Services | Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Aubrey, and Nearby Areas Wired Behavior is growing, and we are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who want to do meaningful work with children and families in a supportive, team-centered environment. We provide in-home ABA services to neurodivergent children across Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Allen, and surrounding communities. As a small ABA company, we care deeply about building strong relationships with our clients, families, and team members. Our goal is to provide high-quality clinical support while also creating a workplace where RBTs feel valued, respected, and supported. What You'll Do In this role, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans designed to support each child's communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals.
