Provide direct 1:1 therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principles Uphold BACB ethical guidelines by providing first-rate services while establishing and practicing professional boundaries Implement and maintain knowledge of programs, procedures, and Behavior Intervention Plans Collect and graph data based on treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Safeguard PHI by abiding byHIPAA/FERPA/DFPS
protocols and maintaining confidentiality Teach and facilitate essential skills such as: functional communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and more Report and document program progress Cultivate and preserve culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team-members alikeAbout You:
At least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or equivalent Certified RBT preferred, but will train the right candidate Trustworthy, enthusiastic, compassionate, creative, consistent, and patient with others Willingness to learn Ability to receive and apply supervisory feedback of therapeutic protocols Organized, with an attention to detail Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with strong adaptability skills Ability to remain emotionally regulated to navigate behavioral crisis Dependable, dedicated, multi-tasking professional Able to build relationships by playing or engaging with various aged individualsEducation:
All Applicants are welcome, but RBT certification preferred High school or equivalent (Required) Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Ability to commute Must be able to commute to Richardson Clinic (208 S Cottonwood Dr Unit 100, Richardson, TX 75240) and 15 miles radius for in-home clients MUST be available 8:30-5:30 Monday throughFriday What We Offer:
