Job Description

Overview MOMS United ABA is a family-centered ABA company dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families. We pride ourselves on supporting both our clients and our team with a collaborative and positive work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to work with an after-school client in a home-based setting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent after-school hours and the ability to make a meaningful impact! Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the home setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress Maintain accurate medical documentation, including care plans, progress notes, and behavioral health records, while adhering to HIPPA regulations for confidentiality. Maintain professionalism and clear communication with families and supervisors while fostering a positive environment and promoting respectful interactions with clients. Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required. Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client's home Ability to effectively collect data, monitor progress, and adapt interventions based on client responses. Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with RBT, family, and BCBA. Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols in medical documentation.
